Blackbird Non-Executive Director Jim Irving To Leave In November

4th Oct 2019 09:59

(Alliance News) - Cloud video platform developer Blackbird PLC on Friday said that a non-executive director Jim Irving will step down from the company in November.

Irving will depart the company's board to focus on other business interests, Blackbird explained.

Chair Andrew Bentley said: "On behalf of the board we would like to thank Jim for his valuable contribution to the company over the last three years. We all wish him well with his future endeavours."

Irving added: "I have wholly enjoyed my three years providing input to the board which has seen growth of the business and the evolution of Blackbird's products. I look forward to continuing a working relationship with Blackbird through my company Fanview, as a reseller of Blackbird solutions. I wish the company continued success."

Shares in Blackbird were 1.4% lower at 12.22 pence each in London on Friday morning.
