(Alliance News) - Blackbird PLC said Monday it has made "good progress" in the second half of 2019.
In the first half, covering the six months to June 30, Blackbird posted a GBP1.2 million pretax loss on revenue of GBP479,474.
The cloud video editing firm said it was able to build on its direct customer wins in 2019 and is hoping to secure original equipment manufacturer contracts.
Blackbird noted it is in "advanced discussions" with a number of its "high profile" direct customers over OEMs.
"The company will keep the market updated accordingly," Blackbird added.
The company is scheduled to release its 2019 results on April 27.
Shares in Blackbird were down 3.1% in London on Monday at 15.50 pence each.
