LONDON (Alliance News) - Black Sea Property Fund Ltd on Tuesday said its listing on the London Stock Exchange's AIM junior market will be cancelled from January 16.
"The company will shortly be writing to shareholders to set out the options for the company and to convene a general meeting of the shareholders to consider whether: (a) to continue seeking investment opportunities (with or without a listing for the company's shares); or (b) to wind up the company and distribute any surplus cash back to shareholders," Black Sea said.
The cancellation comes after the company said Tuesday it was advised that previously proposed property investments would not be considered by AIM to result in the substantial implementation of its investment policy under stock exchange rules.
