LONDON (Alliance News) - Black Sea Property Fund Ltd Thursday said that it has received a requisition from Fitel Nominees Ltd, seeking to convene an extraordinary general meeting to consider removing almost the entire board.
The company said the requisition request is to remove the whole of Black Sea Property Fund's board, other than Non-Executive Director Antony Gardner-Hillman, and to appoint Trevor Hunt and Alexander Borrelli as directors.
"The board has established a special committee to consider the requisition and will make a further announcement in due course," the company said in a statement.
Black Sea Property Fund shares were untraded Thursday afternoon at 0.441 pence.
