LONDON (Alliance News) - Biofrontera AG on Thursday said it has raised a total of EUR3.1 million via an open offer and private placement.
The group issued a total of 1.4 million shares at EUR2.30 per share under the transaction, fewer than the 2.2 million shares it had initially planned to issue. Shares in Biofrontera were untraded Thursday, having last traded at 175.00p.
The proceeds of the placing will be used for the fee of USD2.335 million the company has to pay to the US Food and Drug Administration as part of the approval of its Ameluz superficial skin cancer drug.
