(Alliance News) - Big Yellow Group PLC said Friday it has acquired a 6.4 acre site in Harrow in northwest London for GBP20 million.
The FTSE 250-listed self storage provider will make a planning application for a 78,000 square feet self storage centre and for 110,000 square feet of warehouse space on the site.
Upon receipt of planning, Big Yellow will decide on what to do with five acres of land that will become surplus to requirement.
Shares in Big Yellow Group were up 0.4% at 984.00 pence on Friday.
