LONDON (Alliance News) - Video analytics provider Big Sofa Technologies Group PLC said Wednesday that it has promoted Chief Commercial Officer Kirsty Fuller to chief executive post with immediate effect.
Fuller will be replacing founder Simon Lidington, who will be standing down after nine years in the role to become a non-executive director.
Fuller has been chief commercial officer since October 1, and prior to that was co-founder and chief executive officer at research agency Flamingo, for 20 years from 1997 to 2017.
"We are delighted that Kirsty has agreed to lead the business as we seek to commercialise Big Sofa's technology and services. Kirsty is a highly-regarded expert in the field of consumer insight. She has been instrumental in integrating innovative methods as the insight industry has evolved and has worked with leading blue-chip companies," said Chairman Nicholas Mustoe.
Shares in Big Sofa Technologies were up 8.4% at 2.98 pence on Wednesday.
