LONDON (Alliance News) - Bidstack Group PLC on Friday confirmed it is mulling raising cash via issuing new shares, saying it was responding to "market speculation".
The fundraise, the size of which was not given, would enable Bidstack to look at new opportunities, grow its development team, boost marketing, and allow it to target larger clients.
"There can be no certainty that any fundraising will proceed. However, the directors are encouraged by the indications of support for both the company and the proposed fundraising from both new and existing shareholders," said Bidstack.
Bidstack, which offers ways to advertise within video games, was 23% lower on Friday afternoon at 13.20 pence a share.
