LONDON (Alliance News) - Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) PLC said Monday that BGF Investment Management Ltd now owns a 15% stake in the firm.
BGF's holding in the company, prior to Monday's deal, if any, was not disclosed.
Europa Oil & Gas shares were trading down 5.0% at 2.80 pence each.
