Better Capital PCC Reports Decline In Net Asset Value In Full Year

(Alliance News) - Better Capital PCC Ltd on Monday said net asset value of both the 2009 Cell and the 2012 Cell fell in its recently-ended financial year.

The investment company said the 2009 Cell's NAV per share as at March 31 stood at GBP27.8 million, down from GBP28.3 million as of September 30 last year and down from GBP40.4 million reported at the end of March 2018.

The 2009 Cell made seven realisations during the period and now holds a remaining two assets: m-hance and Omnico.

Meanwhile, the 2012 Cell's NAV per share at the end of March was GBP55.6 million, lower than GBP58.0 million reported at the end of September 2018 and down substantially from GBP138.1 million recorded on March 31 last year.

During the year, the 2012 Cell disposed of four assets, iNTERTAIN, City Link, Jaeger, and Northern Aerospace and now holds only two investments, Everest and SPOT.

Better Capital PCC 2012 Cell shares were trading up 2.2% on Monday in London at 9.96 pence each, while the 2009 Cell shares were untraded, last closing at 47.50p each.
