(Alliance News) - Hostelworld Group PLC said on Monday afternoon that FIL Ltd, a Bermuda-based company, now holds a 5.2% stake in the accommodation booking platform.
Following a transaction on Thursday last week, FIL holds 5.0 million shares in Hostelworld, though it is unknown what stake the company had, if any, beforehand.
Shares in Hostelworld were up 1.6% at 174.80 pence each in London on Monday afternoon.
