LONDON (Alliance News) - Berkeley Resources Ltd said it is continuing to focus on the Salamanca uranium project in Spain following progress on the asset in the quarter to the end of December.
Berkeley said it received a substantial increase in the Zona 7 resource estimate at Salamanca in the quarter and said the feasibility study for the site was progressed.
The company had USD16.2 million in cash at the end of the quarter.
Leyshon Resources Ltd also provided quarterly update on Friday, saying it is continuing to pursue new investment opportunities.
Its quarter to the end of December was focused on its agreement with International Tungsten Services Ltd.
Berkeley shares were untraded on Friday, having last traded at 13.75 pence, while Leyshon shares are suspended from trading.
