LONDON (Alliance News) - Beowulf Mining PLC said Friday that Chief Operating Officer Jan Ola Larsson has decided to retire from the company, and a search for his successor is underway.
"On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Jan Ola for his commitment and great enthusiasm during his time at Beowulf. Jan Ola has been involved with Beowulf for over ten years and has contributed significantly to the development of the company over this period. We wish him a very happy retirement," said Chairman Bevan Metcalf in a statement.
Shares in Beowulf Mining are trading up 8.9% at 2.20 pence Friday afternoon.
