LONDON (Alliance News) - Belvoir Lettings PLC said Friday it has reshuffled its management board as Chief Executive Dorian Gonsalves steps down from the role.
Belvoir said Gonsalves will continue with the firm and will serve as Director of Commercial and Franchising, with a more operational focused responsibility. Looking ahead, his responsibilities will primarily include overseeing day-to-day running of the business, representing the Belvoir brand at events and act as spokesperson when required, said the firm.
Finance Director, Carl Chadwick, will take on the Chief Executive role with immediate effect. Belvoir said it has commenced its search for a new Finance Director.
Mike Goddard remains in his position as Executive Chairman.
Belvoir also said a further four non-board directors have been appointed to provide additional front line support to Belvoir's franchise owners; Compliance Director Cheryl Watts, Operations Director Lucy Noonan, Support Director Ian Maclean and Corporate Director Ellie Hall.
Shares in Belvoir were trading 1.94% lower at 152 pence per share Friday morning.
