Belvoir Lettings Non-Exec Leeming Leaves, Hires New Non-Executive

LONDON (Alliance News) - Property franchise Belvoir Lettings PLC said Monday that Non-Executive Director Michael Leeming will be leaving the company after five years.

Michael Stoop, who has previously worked at M Winkworth PLC and Legal & General Franchising Ltd, will join in the same role.

Chairman Michael Goddard commented: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Nick for his considerable contribution since the group floated on AIM.

"I am delighted to welcome Michael to the company and am sure his deep understanding of franchising as well as the property sector will be a great asset to the group. The board very much looks forward to working with him."

Shares were up 0.5% on Monday at a price of 105.00 pence each.
