(Alliance News) - Belvoir Group PLC on Monday changed its name from Belvoir Lettings PLC to acknowledge its transformation to a multi-franchisor.
Belvoir Group was previously a single franchisor of residential lettings agents but now operates three property franchises plus a financial advisor network which offers mortgages and other financial services relating to property.
The name change was passed by a board resolution on July 5 and was registered at Companies House thereafter, meaning is its now effective. Belvoir Group's ticker and ISIN are unchanged.
Shares in Belvoir Group were untraded at 115.00 pence on Monday.
