LONDON (Alliance News) - West Africa-focused Bellzone Mining PLC said on Monday that Chairman Michael Farrow will step down from his role with immediate effect after eight years in the role since 2010.
Farrow will remain in the company as non-executive director, and has been replaced as chairman by Non-Executive Director Antony Gardner-Hillman.
Farrow is also non-executive director at office firm Circle Property PLC, energy storage company RedT Energy PLC and RDI REIT PLC.
Shares in Bellzone Mining were down 2.0% at 0.50 pence on Monday.
