Belgravium Chairman Kembery Leaves, Non-Executive Martin Appointed

LONDON (Alliance News) - Mobile computing services company Belgravium Technologies PLC on Tuesday said Chairman John Kembery is to leave the company.

Ian Martin, previously a non-executive director, will become executive chairman.

Belgravium said Kembery's departure has been agreed after he sold off the majority of his shares in the company on Monday. Kembery sold 7.5 million shares in the company in the transaction, leaving him with a 1.7% stake, down from 9.2% previously.

In the same disclosure, Belgravium said Martin, the incoming chairman, acquired 3.1 million shares, giving him a 3.02% stake.

Shares in Belgravium were down 4.9% to 4.875 pence on Tuesday.
