LONDON (Alliance News) - Insurer Beazley PLC on Tuesday said that Clive Washbourn, the head of its marine division, will take a short sabbatical from March 29 until May 31, after 18 years of service to the company.
The marine arm, which generating an operating profit of GBP66.9 million in 2015, producing 22% of the GBP299.3 million group total, is one of six operating segments at Beazley.
In his absence, the marine division will be headed by Tim Turner, part of the hull team at Beazley.
Shares in Beazley were up 0.1% at 360.10 pence on Tuesday.
