LONDON (Alliance News) - Insurance company Beazley PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed John Reizenstein and Nicola Hodson as non-executive directors with immediate effect.
Reizenstein formerly held the role of chief financial officer of Direct Line Insurance Group PLC. He has had "extensive financial services experience" across insurance, investment banking, and markets, the company said.
Hodson is currently vice president of field transformation for Microsoft Global Sales & Marketing and was previously chief operating officer for Microsoft UK. Hodson is also currently serving as non-executive director on the board of Drax Group PLC.
Beazley shares were trading up 0.5% at 526.50 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
