LONDON (Alliance News) - Digital marketing firm Be Heard Group PLC said it will receive GBP116,700 from the issue of 3.6 million shares to Numis Securities Ltd at 3.25 pence per share, after Numis exercised a broker option.
Shares in Be Heard were down 3.7% at 3.25 pence Thursday morning.
This was further to the GBP8 million it raised through a firm placing of 246.2 million shares at the same price to support its reverse takeover of website and application developer MMT Ltd in late April. It also issued another 54.8 million shares to the founders of MMT to satisfy a total initial acquisition consideration of GBP5.1 million.
