(Alliance News) - BB Healthcare Trust PLC said Friday that Non-Executive Director Siddhartha Mukherjee will step down from his role with effect on November 30, due to other commitments.
Mukherjee has been part of the heathcare equities-focused trust since its IPO in December 2016. BB Healthcare said it will start a process to find a suitable replacement.
"On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Siddhartha for the invaluable contribution that he has made to the company over the last 3 years, during which time he has helped oversee its successful growth and continuing progress. Siddhartha has brought great experience to the Board and we wish him well for the future," said Chair Randeep Grewal.
Shares in BB Healthcare were down 0.35 at 135.65 pence on Friday in London.
