(Alliance News) - Gas and electricity infrastructure firm Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd said Tuesday that fuel card company Bayford & Co Ltd has increased its stake in the company.
In a transaction on Friday, Bayford raised its holding in Fulcrum to 10%, taking its total number of shares in the company to 22.3 million.
Before the transaction, Bayford had a 6% stake in Fulcrum.
Shares in Fulcrum were up 1.4% at 29.75 pence each in London on Tuesday afternoon.
