BATM appoints former Finance Vice President Leor Miles as CFO

23rd Jun 2025 14:28

(Alliance News) - BATM Advanced Communications Ltd on Monday said Ran Noy has resigned as chief financial officer to be replaced by Leor Miles with immediate effect.

The Hod Hasharon, Israel-based provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems said Noy will remain with the company for a handover period.

Between 2015 and 2021, Miles worked as finance vice president at BATM.

Miles has rejoined the company from conference organiser Kenes Group, where he was CFO. He was also previously director of finance for IT services provider Abra Information Technologies Ltd.

BATM said Miles will also be appointed to its board, pending shareholder approval.

The company confirmed that Noy's resignation "does not involve any material information" that is required to be disclosed to shareholders.

It added that the business "continues to progress well," and it does not expect a material impact from the escalation of tensions in the Middle East.

"On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Ran for his contribution to BATM over a period where we have transformed our business and significantly improved our operations and infrastructure," said Chair Gideon Chitayat.

"I would also like to welcome Lior back to BATM. He already has familiarity with our business and he returns having gained valuable experience, which we look forward to benefiting from as we move to the next stage of our development and execute on our strategy."

Shares in BATM Advanced Communications were down 0.4% at 16.39 pence in London on Monday afternoon.
