LONDON (Alliance News) - Israel-based technology company BATM Advanced Communications Ltd on Monday said it has proposed Moti Nagar, its chief financial officer, be made an executive director.
Nagar has been in the role since January 2015 and his appointment has been approved by the board and will be put to a shareholder vote at the company's annual general meeting, due to take place in summer 2016.
Ofer Bar-Ner, the company's former chief financial officer, has now stepped down from the board of BATM, but will remain chief operating officer of its medical distribution and sterilisation division.
