LONDON (Alliance News) - BATM Advanced Communications Ltd Thursday said it will de-list from the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange because no progress has been made in achieving an electronic clearing system between the Israel exchange and the London Stock Exchange, meaning very low volumes of its shares are being traded in Tel-Aviv.
The provider of real-time technologies for networks and medical labs said the de-listing will come into effect in 90 days.
The company's shares were down 2.5% at 14.75 pence Thursday morning.
