(Alliance News) - The Baronsmead Venture Trusts said Thursday they plan to raised capital through a new subscription offer in the current tax year, whilst they also proposed an interim dividend.
Baronsmead Venture Trust PLC and Baronsmead Second Venture Trust PLC both issued announcements on Thursday explaining their intention to launch a new subscription offer in the 2019/2020 tax year.
The 2019/2020 tax year runs from early April 2019 to early April 2020.
Further details of the fundraise will be published in "autumn 2019", the investment firms added.
In separate announcements, both firms also proposed a 3.0 pence per share interim dividend in relation to the financial year ending September 2019.
Shares in Baronsmead Venture Trust closed 1.3% lower at 74.00 pence in London on Thursday, Baronsmead Second Venture Trust closed untraded at 76.00p.
