LONDON (Alliance News) - Baron Oil PLC on Tuesday said the seismic programme planned for Block XXI onshore Peru is now expected to start in or around November 10.
GSS, the seismic contractor on the project, has confirmed that some of the equipment required for the work was delayed at the Port of Manzanillo in Mexico by Hurricane Patricia.
The equipment was not damaged and will leave the port for Peru later this week, Baron said.
Shares in Baron were up 5.2% to 0.447 pence on Tuesday.
