(Alliance News) - Baron Oil PLC on Wednesday said it raised GBP360,000 from a retail share offer.
The London-based oil and gas exploration and appraisal company said it raised the funds at 0.12 pence per share. On Tuesday, it said it planned to raise up to GBP1 million from the retail offer.
Its total fundraise, alongside an institutional placing and subscription, was GBP5.4 million.
Shares in Baron Oil rose 2.4% to 0.13 pence in London on Wednesday.
