Bankers Investment Chairman Killingbeck To Retire, Sue Inglis Replaces

LONDON (Alliance News) - Bankers Investment Trust PLC on Wednesday said Chairman Richard Killingbeck intends to retire at the conclusion of the annual general meeting scheduled in February next year.

The company said Senior Independent Director Sue Inglis is to succeed Killingbeck. She has been on the board since November 2012, Bankers Investment trust said, and has considerable experience in financial services.

As a result of these changes, Julian Chillingworth will assume the role of senior independent director, the company noted.

Shares in Bankers Investment Trust were trading broadly flat on Wednesday at 895.94 each.
