Bank of Montreal Cuts Holding In Ranger Direct, Oaktree Ups Holding (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Ranger Direct Lending Fund PLC said on Tuesday that Bank of Montreal reduced its stake in the company to below a notifiable level.

Prior to the transaction last Wednesday, Bank of Montreal held 6.2% interest.

In addition, Oaktree Value Equity Holdings LP rose its holding in Ranger Direct to 18.56% from 12.14% in a transaction also last Wednesday.

The stock closed 0.8% lower at 730.00 pence per share on Tuesday.
