(Alliance News) - Bank of Georgia Group PLC on Tuesday said it has partnered with cloud computing firm Salesforce.com Inc to provide the lender's customers with digital services.
The agreement, put in place by Bank of Georgia operating subsidiary JSC Bank of Georgia, will offer "a range of tailored solutions and services" to customers.
"JSC Bank of Georgia has unveiled a new collaboration with the world's leading customer relationship management company, Salesforce, to deliver personalised positive digital experiences to its customers. This agreement is a major step towards the full digital transformation that will enable the bank to provide a fully customer-centric business platform," the company said.
"The multichannel functionalities of Salesforce, along with years of experience, will facilitate the integration of all customer experiences throughout their journey within a single platform."
Bank of Georgia shares were 0.4% lower at 907.00 pence each in London on Tuesday afternoon. In New York, Salesforce was down 0.2% in pre-market trade at USD266.56 a share.
