LONDON (Alliance News) - The Bank of England has appointed Ralph Coates as its new Finance Director, the post previously occupied by Warwick Jones, who retired from the central bank in June.
Coates, 40, previously worked at Barclays Bank, where he was most recently Finance Director of Barclays UK Retail & Business Bank.
In the four years to 2004, Coates was a Senior Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Coates will take up his post on November 4.
