Bank of America Increases Holding In GKN To 14% After Transaction (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - GKN PLC said on Tuesday that Bank of America Corp upped its stake in FTSE-100 listed engineering company in transaction last Tuesday.

Bank of America increased its interest to 14%, having previously held 9.8% interest.

GKN shares were trading 2.6% lower at 451.00 pence per share on Tuesday.
