Bank Of America Decreases Holding In Melrose to 6.4% (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Melrose Industries PLC said Wednesday Bank of America Corp decreased its holdings in the FTSE 250-listed industrial turnaround specialist in a transaction on Monday.

Bank of America now holds 6.4% in Melrose, down from 7.3% prior. It has a total of 50.1 million shares of Melrose's 1.94 billion outstanding shares.

Shares in Melrose closed on Wednesday at 222.21 pence each, down 0.7%.
