Bank of America And HSBC Holdings Cut Interest In GKN (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - GKN PLC said on Thursday that Bank of America Corp and HSBC Holdings PLC reduced its stakes in the FTSE-250 listed engineering company in transaction on Monday.

Bank of America Corp and HSBC Holdings lowered their holdings to below a notifiable threshold. Bank of America previously held a 7.3% stake and HSBC Holdings had a 6.1% interest in the company.

GKN shares were closed up 0.3% at 421.40 pence per share on Thursday.
