LONDON (Alliance News) - Online commerce platform Bango PLC on Friday said that a its annual general meeting held earlier shareholders rejected the reappointment of auditors Grant Thornton UK LLP.
At the meeting only 45% of shareholder voted in favour of the auditor's reappointment, with 56% against.
Among other controversial resolutions, 26% of shareholders voted against the reappointment of Gianluca D'Agostino as a director of the company. He was however reappointed to the board with 74% of favourable votes.
Bango shares were trading 5.0% lower at 102.10 pence.
