LONDON (Alliance News) - Mobile payments company Bango PLC on Wednesday said it has raised around GBP11.0 million via a share placing.
Bango will issue 12.2 million shares at 90.00 pence per share. The shares will be issued in two tranches, comprising an initial placing of 944,000 shares and a second of 11.3 million shares.
The placing will be used to strengthen the firm's balance sheet, boost its sales and marketing activity and back investments in research and development.
Shares in Bango were up 0.5% to 93.50p on Wednesday.
