LONDON (Alliance News) - Baillie Gifford UK Growth Fund PLC on Monday said Non-Executive Director Andrew Hutton will retire at the end of the company's annual general meeting, held on August 1.
Hutton was appointed to the fund's board in 2008 and subsequently appointed senior independent director in 2015.
In November last year the fund appointed Scott Cochrane and Ruary Neill as non-executive directors.
Shares in Baillie Gifford UK Growth closed up 0.4% Monday at 186.45 pence each.
