LONDON (Alliance News) - Baillie Gifford Japan Trust PLC Wednesday said Chairman Richard Barfield will resign from the board in November 2014, following its annual general meeting.
Barfield has been chairman since 2008. Nick Bannerman, a director, will succeed Barfield as chairman.
The trust's shares were Wednesday quoted at 352.98 pence, down 5.02 pence, or 1.4%.
