LONDON (Alliance News) - Lithium and borates explorer Bacanora Minerals PLC on Tuesday said Colin Orr-Ewing is stepping down as its non-executive chairman for "personal reasons".
James Leahy, currently a non-executive director on Bacanora's board, will step in as interim chairman until further notice, the company said.
Orr-Ewing will remain a non-executive director of the company. He is the founder of the company and has been chairman since June 2014.
Shares in Bacanora were up 5.0% to 86.64 pence.
