(Alliance News) - Bacanora Lithium PLC said Friday Non-Executive Director Derek Batorowski has resigned from his role with immediate effect.
Batorowski has been part of the lithium company for ten years, as chief financial officer for nine years from 2009 to 2018, and non-executive director for a year since 2018.
He is currently chief executive officer at Canadian oil & gas firm Blacksteel Energy Inc.
Shares in Bacanora Lithium were down 1.7% at 41.03 pence on Friday in London.
