LONDON (Alliance News) - Engineering support services company Babcock International Group PLC on Wednesday said Kevin Thomas will step down as an executive director of the company in March 2016.
Thomas will retire from his role at that time, in addition to his position as the chief executive of Babcock's support services business.
John Davies, executive director and currently the chief executive of Babcock's defence and security unit, will take over the support services chief executive role when Thomas leaves. Davies, meanwhile, will be replaced by Roger Hardy, currently the managing director of Cavendish Nuclear, Babcock's civil nuclear support services unit.
Shares in Babcock opened flat at 878.00 pence on Wednesday.
