B&M European Value Retail Adds Two New Board Members As One Retires

LONDON (Alliance News) - B&M European Value Retail SA said on Tuesday it will appoint two new non-executive directors in the coming months, as one retires.

Tiffany Hall will become a non-executive director of the discount store chain on September 18 joining the Remuneration & Nomination Committee.

Hall is currently the senior independent director and chair of the Remuneration Committee at Howden Joinery Group PLC, having formerly been the managing director of BUPA Home Healthcare.

Carolyn Bradley will become a non-executive director of B&M on November 15, joining the Audit & Risk Committee and Nomination Committee.

Bradley is currently a non-executive director of Legal & General Group PLC and was formerly marketing director of Tesco PLC.

Harry Brouwer, non-executive director since 2014, will be retiring from the board on November 14.

Shares in B&M were down 0.5% at 411.60 pence each on Tuesday morning.
