LONDON (Alliance News) - Diversified Gas & Oil PLC on Tuesday said AXA Investment Managers held a 5.3% stake in the company after a deal on Friday last week.
AXA Investment now holds 36.5 million shares in the operator or oil and gas producing assets. AXA Investment's holding prior to the deal, if any, has not been disclosed.
Shares in Diversified Gas & Oil were up 2.5% at 121.50 pence on Tuesday afternoon.
Earlier on Tuesday, Diversified Gas & Oil announced it has completed its USD400 million acquisition of gas-producing assets from HG Energy II Appalachia LLC. The assets includes 107 gas wells which have a daily net production equivalent to more than 20,000 barrels.
