LONDON (Alliance News) - Aviva PLC Friday said it has informed holders of EUR700 million 4.7291% fixed/floating Rate direct capital instruments that it will redeem them in full on November 28 at their principal amount together with accrued interest to, but excluding, November 28.
In addition, Aviva has applied to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange to cancel the listing of the EUR700 million direct capital instruments on the Bourse de Luxembourg with effect from and including November 29.
Aviva shares were Friday quoted down 0.2% at 505.00 pence.
