(Alliance News) - Aviva PLC on Wednesday said it has completed the sale of its entire stake in PT Astra Aviva Life, the insurer's joint venture in Indonesia.
The sale was announced in March and is to PT Sedaya Multi Investama, a subsidiary of joint venture partner PT Astra International Tbk. Financial details have not been disclosed.
London-based FTSE 100-listed Aviva will focus on the UK, Ireland, and Canada were it has "leading market positions and significant potential".
Shares in Aviva were up 0.1% at 317.20 pence in London on Wednesday morning.
