LONDON (Alliance News) - Avingtrans PLC on Monday said it has sold its site in Aldridge site in the West Midlands for GBP1.1 million.
The company, which makes components and modules for aerospace, energy and medical companies, said the site contains the Maloney Metalcraft business and said the sale is part of the restructuring programme it outlined in November last year.
It will lease back the facility for the use of Maloney Metalcraft.
Shares in Avingtrans were down 2.7% to 109.00 pence on Monday.
