LONDON (Alliance News) - AVI Japan Opportunity Trust PLC on Friday said it entered into a new GBP10.0 million unsecured revolving credit facility with Scotiabank Europe PLC for the duration of 364 days.
The company expects to draw down the facility in full on Monday. Interest is payable at a rate equal to Libor plus 0.75%.
The trust has the option to increase the amount available under the facility to a maximum of GBP20.1 million.
AVI shares were trading up 1.4% at 103.97 pence each on Friday afternoon.
