LONDON (Alliance News) - Avation PLC, the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, Monday said it has taken delivery of its thirteenth new ATR 72 aircraft and the seventh ATR 72-600 type aircraft, which will be leased to Virgin Australia Regional Airlines.

"This new aircraft will again immediately contribute positively to the continuing growth of the company's revenues and profits," Chairman Jeff Chatfield said in a statement.

The new aircraft is the first of eight ATR-72 aircraft scheduled for delivery to Avation in its 2014 financial year.
